Our managed hosting and E-commerce solutions are designed for businesses that have limited technical resources within their organization to support their web environment. The managed solution allows UKWHD to manage and setup your E-Commerce solution to fit with your business requirements and expectations.

Managed support service are charged at an hourly rate and by purchasing one of our manged hosting plans we will initally setup your hosting plan to your specified requirements. Once your hosting plan is setup and configured to you requirements additional support hours will be charged at an hourly rate. By purchasing one of our managed hosting plans you will receive an exclusive discount of 50% on further managed support hours.

Managed support services are charged at an hourly rate of £40 per hour
and include the following services

Web Sites Services
Web site design updates - Updating web site content/re-design content

Hosting Account Services

Email- Account creation, management, mailing lists, box traps & auto responders

Domains - Management (Including holding pages, redirects & zone management)

FTP - Account creation/management

Backup- Backups & restoration

Security - Password protected directories, SSL certificate installation & IP deny management

Databases - Creation, management, backup & restoration

Software & Services - Script installations, management & integration

Standard support is included in all hosting plans and includes standard fault finding and troubleshooting services. We alos provide advice on issues customers may have with the setup of their hosting plan. Standard support is not chargable but if UKWHD are required by the customer to setup any of the above services if there is no fault with the service then this will be chargable as managed support.
